Integrative Psychotherapy blends healing modalities from different theoretical orientations and traditions to support holistic well-being. The goal is to meet each individual client where they are, and to utilize supports that work well for their unique system. My work draws upon the wisdom of attachment theory, depth psychology, and somatic counseling, along with traditional yogic practices and eastern philosophies.
