In my practice, I use a combination of modern talk therapy and alternative healing modalities to promote integrative mental health for individuals and couples. Some of my focuses include helping clients process challenging life experiences, supporting them as they move through emotional pain, and offering relational skills. I also believe in the power of proactive therapy, which can include goals like strengthening intuition, accessing creativity and deepening spiritual connection.
